Tim Byrne, broker at Elevated LA, has acquired a diverse set of skills in his 20+ years in real estate. After earning his degree and emphasis in Real Estate Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Tim started out as commercial real estate appraiser, then working at a national pension fund advisor before becoming a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1998. As the real estate market evolved here in Los Angeles, Tim’s investment knowledge and expertise kept pace. He branched out into property and asset management, but did more than the average manager. He assisted property owners with marketing, renovation projects, and long-term strategies. When should a property owner update, refinance, or sell their rental property? Tim analyzes market trends and projections to help the investor make the best financial decision possible. Once the investment formula was created, it was applied cross property types to single family homes, apartments, industrial, office buildings, retail centers, hospitality and business opportunities. Outside the office, Tim is a family man, restaurateur, and enthusiastic Dodger’s fan.

Maggie Kennedy’s business philosophy is distinguished by her thoroughness, charisma, and innate penchant for service.
